I Microsoft Windows 2000, but I continue to get a prompt
to put in Microsoft Office 2000 Premium. That is not what
I downloaded, so I don't know why that is happening.
More immediately, I hadn't opened my Excel program for
about a month. I have about 35 spreadsheets, some are
finished, but most are ongoing. I tried to open Excel
from the start menu as I always do, and all of a sudden, I
am prompted to install the "Microsoft Office 2000
premium". All of my other programs open OK, which include
Word, Outlook, and others.
How can I get this resolved, and why did I all of a sudden
get a prompt for the disk, even when I try to open up an
individual spreadsheet? Is there any place I can download
the Office 2000 without payingfor a new program? I have
an XP OS. Thanks, Jan best
