ms excel and word save as restarting the computer

Hi guys

I have office 2007 pro on windows XP machine.
When I try and save a file on a server folder, withot any prompt or error
message machine restarts for unknown reason.

This happens with ms word 2007 and ms excel I didn't try with other
applicaitons yet. I can save to a local folder but can't save to network
folder.

I took these actions listed below but didn't help me solve the issue.
1. run office diagnostic
2. removed and reinstalled the office 2007
3. I checked the server permissions and did see that user has the permission.
