MS Excel Date Extraction

I presently have a spreadsheet similar to the one in Sheet 1I would like
to be able to either run a macro or a VBA that would extract all the
numbers from Column A and the numbers next to the word TOTAL in column
C and place them in Sheet 2. An example of this file is attached below

You usually simply copy and paste - paste has a number of options

I wasnt about to open an unknown zip
