MS Excel Error: Too many client tasks

Hi,
my Excel sheets are populated by 50+ queries from an Access database.
When I click refresh all external data in Excel, it starts refreshing but
after a minute it stops with this error message:

[Mircosoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Too many client tasks

I don't get this message when I refresh external data one by one by clicking
on refesh data.

I use Excel 2002 SP3 to link data from an MS Access database
via ODBC DSN configured with {Microsoft Access-Driver (*.mdb)}


Appreciate any thoughts on how to troubleshoot.

Set the query properties so they do not refresh in the background.

I unchecked the refresh property and that works fine.
