I have a few users that have this issue:
All of my users have a sales spreadsheet that they use to track percentages
of sales to salespeople. We recently upgraded our office package from Office
97 to Office 2003 and are seeing the following issue. If I were to enter in
37.5 on a spreadsheet from my workstation, the end result is 35.7% ((This is
the correct output)). However, I have about seven to eight users that
attempt to enter in the same number (35.7) and see the following results 3570%
