MS Excel?

The last few days I've seen an error message appear immediately after
quitting MS Excel. It happens to all Excel files. I'm using MS Excel from
Office 2004.

The message window contains ... The MS Excel logo followed by "Compile error
in hidden module: Autoexec". Looks like a windows thing?

I'm speculating here. Could I have picked up some windows related virus
attached to MS Excel that's crapping out as opposed to executing?

Any ideas how I might find this piece of code and nuke-it?
