MS Graph appears in separate window, can't insert.

When I use Insert/Picture/Microsoft Graph the graph and datasheet appear in a
separate window and there is no way to insert the graph into the document. It
gives me a choice under the File menu to Exit and return to the document, but
it does not insert the graph.
I have 25 computers in this lab and 24 work correctly and place the graph
into the document. This is the only one that opens a separate window.
I have uninstalled Office , rebooted and then reinstalled and I still have
the same problem. Please help. I am using Office 2003 and I did a custom
install and installed everything "from my computer".
