MS Groove error

Hi:

It seems a workspace is "stuck" on 2 systems i have set to sync. We had hit
the file store limit of 975gb, so we brought it down to about 700. All seemed
to be working and syncing, but actually both harddrives were filling up fast.

We found in the binary file store of groove was the culprit. We deleted
those files and all seemed to be working well. But somehow even the the
folders are syncronized now, both PC's show over 3gb of data trying to
transmit out but that is not actually (under miscellaneous communication).
Basically I need to clear that misc communication out (which is what i
thought I did by stopping synchronization). but even when i stop all sync;ing
it seems data is still trying to get out. essentially data is stuck.

Please help. I cant reinstall only because i have workspace i dont want to
lose.
