Hello - I am a Help Desk MGR in a new company. I have several desktops with
Windows 2000 that are having word, excel, and outlook crashing on them. I
have been working with Microsoft Support and haven't gotten very far. I have
de-installed KB908531 dated 4/19/06 and Installed KB908531 dated 4/25/06. I
have ensured the hard drives have plenty of space. There are no errors in
the event logs jumping out. Dr. Watson shows no errors. The virtual ram is
set correctly. Any ideas? Help!!! Thank you trod
