MS Office 2000, MS Win 2000 Adv Server

I have recently upgraded my server to Windows 2000
Advanced Server from Netware 4.11. Excel, Word, etc...
files stored on the Windows server take forever to load.
The same files on the Novell server load instantly. Both
servers are currently running on my network.

Any ideas, anyone?
