I have tried to run this several times and keep getting the same message.
What can I do to fix it?

Look on your hard drive for that file, and see if there are any clues in
that file.

You're trying to run the SR-1 update for MS Office? Are you running from the
Office Update Web site, or how are you trying to install it? What is the
exact text of the error message you're getting?
