MS Office 2003 Product Code

I am creating a standard image with Windows XP pro and Office 2003 pro
installed for various clients.
I change the product code for windows xp using sysprep and product code
from a particular client.

For MS Office 2003, I am able to strip out product code, but to re-enter
product code for the particular client, I try to use oem11.bat as provided in
opk toolkit, but I get the following error:
"Srclist.exe failed to reset the LocalCache sourcelist keys. Please contact
your tool provider".

I tried using the updated version of the srclist.exe but get the same results.
Any help would be appreciated.
