MS Office 2007 on a Netbook

(1) Can MS Office 2007 Ultimate operate on an Intel Atom netbook? I'm mainly
concerned with Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and OneNote. If possible,
please let me know what amount of hard drive space and RAM is needed for it
to run smoothly, so I can avoid anything less.

(2) I have MS Office 2007 installed on a desktop PC that just died 2 days
ago due to the motherboard & hard drive failing. Is it possible for me to
somehow "not count" that installation towards my 1 PC/1Laptop license?
There's no way for me to access the data on the drive, so it's completely
useless, so I'd rather put install Office on a new desktop and a netbook.

(3) If in the future, my other family members purchase netbooks, (pending
the answer to #1,) how do I go about obtaining additional licenses for MS
Office on those machines?

I found this article regarding Netbooks and MS Office 2003/2007:
http://news.office-watch.com/t/n.aspx?articleid=760&zoneid=9

The article has helped & I wanted to share it with others, but I still need
answers to my questions above, so please post your opinions/replies! Thx...

2) You can install as often as you like, providing its only on functioning
PC's, as allowed by the Licence
If a PC fails simply install on another, and use phone activation if online
fails (Not applicable to OEM software)

3) Other than volume licencing (5+ PCs) you have to purchase Office
seperately for each
