Every time I try to "Save As", I get the message "programme is not

HELP, please!!

I'll bet you got the latest security patch installed. Uninstall
KB908531 for right now. Microsoft is working on a fix, but in some
cases it causes the problems you describe.

To uninstall:

Start, Settings, Control Panel / Add Remove Programs / Click the
checkbox for "Show Updates"

Hi Guys,

According to Windows Update, I did install this update and am having these
issues. However, under Add/Remove Programs, the Updates are listed, but
listed as only "Updates" with the addendum "This update cannot be removed" -
any ideas? I'm thinking I might have to do a system restore, though I'd
prefer not to.

System restore did not fix the problem, so don't waste your time
(although I'm puzzled as to why, but I tried and so did some other people).

It should be removeable.

There is now a KB article (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918165)
addressing the issues that customers are reporting with MS06-015. It
provides information on the cause and what the customer can do to
eliminate
the problems they're seeing without removing the security update.
