MS Office Clip Organizer - Error Code 0x80040154

I've been receiving the following error message when
trying to import clip art in Word, Excel or PowerPoint...
"Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation. Class not
registered - Error Code 0x80040154". I've tried other
chat rooms, but no help. They suggested updating the
MCAD. I've updated to the latest, but I'm still getting
the same error. HELP!

If you have updated the MDAC (downloading the file will not install it),
Clip2002: Error Message: "Error in the .dll..." or "Clip Organizer Cannot Complete
the Operation..."

and you are still getting the error, maybe your Organizer is corrupt.
