MS Office Communicator 2007 R2 - Viewing Multiple Webcams in Confr

Please forgive me if this is posted in the wrong section.

Here at work we use MS Office Communicator 2007 R2 - During the day /night
we have a constant video confrence open between 3-8 people. Around 4 of them
have webcams. The issue is that we are only able to see one person at any one
given time (usually the last one to swicth their cam on).

Is this even possible to see everyones webcam or not? As this would be
useful to us. It keeps the office morale up and builds a better bond
internally between the employee's.
