MS Office Document Imagewriter rights issue

We have several users who can not get Microsoft office document imaging to
work. Recently, the users had their rights reduced from Administrator on the
machine to a User. Once this was done, MODI stopped working for them. The
MODI printer icon is available, they attempt to print to the MODI, it asks
the location to save the image file, then nothing happens. If we reset the
user's rights back to Administrator, everything works as it should. This
situation only happens on select machines. If the users try a different
machine, no problem. We are at a loss as to why this is happening. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated as we are under mandate to reduce
the user's rights and the users need the MODI to work for their jobs. All
affected machine have Windows XP SP2 and MS Office 2003 and are up to date
with all patches.

Thanks for the reply. We tried giving direct permissions and it did not
solve the problem. We are thinking, at this point, that it may have
something to either do with a registry setting or a specific computer policy,
but we do not know which, if either.
