MS Office has begun closing completely when the minimize is used.

This just began all of a sudden. Other MS apps do not do this, only Outlook.
Ideas? Thank you!

As a suggestion;
Right click the Outlook icon in the system tray and uncheck "Hide when
minimized" option.
