MS Office Home Use Program from XP to Mac?

I have joined the Mac community and would like to install my MS Office Home Use Program but in Mac format. I have the disk for the XP version. Can I download the Mac version using the codes on my current program?

And to continue Peter's comments: The license that your company, who
sponsored your home use purchase, must be available for the Mac also to
enable them to allow you to purchase the home use program for the Mac.
