MS-Office: Language change

I have a German copy of MS-Office and would like to change the language
to English but now believe that this is not possible. Can someone
confirm this?

I believe that, yes, I can change the dictionary (from German to
English) but I cannot change the menu/system language to any other.

This is the situation, isn't it? Or is there a secret switch (maybe in
the registry) that I can change?

For enterprise customers, MS offers a MUI (multilingual interface pack)
which allows the language change.
