MS Office not recognizing correctly entered product code upon ins.

When office software is installed, asks for name,intitials and the product
code which it accepts at that time. Installation completes and when I open
Word, Excel, Outlook or Powerpoint it again asks for name, initials and 25
character product code. When I hit enter it says that the product code is
incorrect but it is exactlyu as it is on the CD case. I have tried it
numerous time in a number of different ways including rebooting first and
lower case but to no avail. Software is brand new and at this point cannot
use any feature of MS Office accept Publisher which does not reqest the
information again. I have also uninstalled and re-installed but that did not
work either. What do I do? Please help.
