MS OFFICE OPENS WITH AN ERROR

When opening MS WORD, I get a pop message "Microsoft Word for Windows" and to
"Send Error Report or Don't Send". Following the messages, it want me to
update packages. I've done all of that but still get this error message. If
I pick "Don't Send", MS WORD exits completely.
