MS Office Pro 2007 Help Files

When I click on the ? for help files, or F1, I get the following error
message:

"There is a problem with one or more help files. Please repair your Office
installation and try again."

I have repaired and reinstalled to no avail. I also found many *.chm files
with 0 bytes but could not locate any of them on the installation CD with
any more data. Anyone have a solution?

Running Office Professional 2007 (retail) on a Dell XPS 600 (Pentium EE)
with XP Pro.
