Hi, I use this discussion group a lot and request to be notified of replies.
It has always worked fine in the past. These days, when I open my email
and click on "read and rate the response" link, it takes me to a blank page
and says Done in the bottom left hand corner. I am using CA antivirus and
internet security and it has never been a problem in the past. Any
suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.

Might be your temporary cache is full. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
options, delete, delete files.

Ditch the web interface (unless you are behind a corporate firewall and
don't need this for your job ;-)) and use a news reader. You already have
one - Outlook Express on pre Vista versions of Windows and Windows Mail on
Vista.
