MS Office Professional Edition 2003 EXCEL Problem

Whenever I open Excel 2003 I get a dialogue box stating "...missing MPDS.XLA
file ..." I searched my system and even did a detect and repair looking for
this file with no success. If anyone has had a similar experience, I'd be
interested in how you resolved this.
