When attempting to use the Research function of Office 2003 Professional,the
following error is returned when doing a search in any of the research
sources: "This service could not be searched because you are not connected
to the Internet. Please disconnect and try again".
I have no problems with my DSL connection using Internet Explorer, Outlook
email, etc.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
