MS Office Shortcut Office 2003?

I jsut installed Office 2003 Pro and cannot find teh MS
Shortcut Bar that was in Office 2000? Am I missing
something or do I need to re-install this from the older
version?

There isn't one, it was removed from 2003.
If you search back though this news group you will find a (large) number of
posts about, and the available alternatives.
