MS Office software license rules

[seeking clarification]

I purchased a full single use license for Office 2000 and installed it on my
desktop back in 2000. I stopped using this desktop in 2003 after it was
infected with a virus which left me no option but to have the computer
destroyed by a professional company. I have never replaced my home computer
with another because I am able to use my work laptop for my computing needs.
Now my sister is getting her first laptop for home use but it does not come
with Office installed and I want to know if the software license rules
permits me to give her my Office 2000 CD so she can install it on her
laptop?
