MS Office Standard came with my laptop and I want to add Powerpoi.

Adding Powerpoint to Office Standard

I purchased a laptop from Dell with Office Standard and it doesn't include
PowerPoint, how do I purchase a stand-alone copy of PowerPoint and add it to
this version of MS Office.

The Microsoft Office Standard Edition *does* include PowerPoint. The Basic
Edition does not. See:

If you have the Basic Edition, you need to purchase the full (not upgrade)
version of PowerPoint 2003. See:
