Well of course you have! Had you bothered to RTFM, STFH or STFW, you'd have
known that 2003 doesn't /have/ an OSB - and a damned good thing too - space
wasting, resource hog.

Hi David,

Double click on a blank spot on the Office Shortcutbar and
choose the option to have it start automatically at setup.

I have just installed Office 2003 Standard over Office
2000 Professional. All went well except MSOffice Toolbar
doesn't appear to be present in the new version. My old
Office 2000 toolbars are still there but I have to start
MSOffice.exe manually each morning to get the toolbars
built and displayed.

Does anyone know how I can get XP to do this
automatically when it boots as it used to?
