MS office Word, Powerpoint not working, HELP

I noticed shortly after the new year my MS Word and Powerpoint do no
work, the programs ask for the Key code for installation. I plugged i
in but it doesn't recognize it. My Excel works still and I noticed
have 2 versions of MS Office installed. Could that cause problems.
have MS Office Standard Edition 2003 and MS Office XP Standard fo
Students and Teachers. I am not sure what the difference is or if th
latter is additional. Any thoughts why my Office would suddenly requir
a product code key and not load?
