MS Office XP Pro missing pro.msi install file

Hello,
I am unable to update office or add enhancements (Chart Wizard) due to
install unable to locate the pro.msi file.

Hi Steve,

Pro.MSI is the main installation file on the
Microsoft Office XP Professional CD.

If your CD isn't being recognized make sure that the
name of the edition on the front of the CD is the
same as the Microsoft Office listing in
Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel

Thank you Bob for your quick response. I checked the everything matches in my
ADD/Remove section. On the CD I have two .MSI files; Proret.msi and
owcio.msi. The CD does not show a pro.msi. Any iseas?

I am having the same issues here, I have created a post, and it seems that
nobody wants to admit that there is a problem, and besides paying $35.00 I am
out of luck on ides. If anybody has ideas please let us know.
