MS Office XP Professional with FrontPage installation prompt?

Hi. Can anyone tell me what would cause a installation/configuration
prompt of "MS Office XP Professional with FrontPage" when installing or
using 3rd party software that has no relation to Office? This prompt
then seems to "hang" and do nothing. How would I debug what is causing
this to happen?
