Cause: Incompatible PDFmaker template.
Fix:
Uninstall Adobe PDF Pro and Office2003.
Reinstall Office Then Adobe PDF Pro.
Go to C:\program files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Startup.
Create a folder called Temp and Move the file 'PDFmaker.dot' into that
Folder.
This should fix it. If you run any Adobe or Office Updates, the .dot
file might go back to Startup folder, make sure you remove it to safe
place again (say Temp2). Good Luck!!
