MS Orga Chart

I have problems to load MS Org Chart with a domain user
account. The error message is unable to load MS
Organizational Chart Press F1....

With domain Admins I do not have problems, but I don't
want to put domain admin to my users, please help!

Windows 2000-Windows XP
Active Directory
Office 2000
