MS Outlook 2002 Error: CWLONEXCH

Can anybody help with this error:
When opening incoming mail Outlook is very, very slow.
Another window opens Telling me:

"Outlook is retreiving data from exchange server..." and
hangs totaly while doing so

Please Help!

This could be a slow Exchange server, a slow network connection or a
reference to a removed Exchange server. Contact your Administrator to see
what's wrong.
