MS Outlook 2002 login credentials are not retained

Hi;
I am using MS Office XP Professional.
I am at service release 3 now, since last week.
When I log into MS Outlook, I get prompted to enter my
username, password and domain, the fields are always empty.

When I was at service relaease 2, I did not have this
problem.

also, I have looked in the registry at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\EXCHANGE and in it I
see LogonDomain and UserName strings with my information
in them.

Any ideas?
