MS Outlook 2003 and Quickbooks Pro 2002 ?

I'm trying to Synchronize Contacts between Outlook 2003 and QuickBooks Pro
2002. It's giving me an error message. Function openmsgstore failed. This
there a fix for this?

I found it , the xp2 causes this.
