MS Outlook 2003 - Move .pst backup disk of email, calendar, contac

Hi All,
Before I bought a new home computer, I exported to a disk my Outlook 2003
Calendar, Contacts, Mailbox folders. (That took 2 days to figure out,
?wrong?
I need HELP! getting the .pst info on the disk back into Outlook. Oh, what
have I done; my life is wreck! Is it possible...

It would be a whole lot easier if you took the disk from the other
computer and mounted it temporarily in your new computer. Then you
would not have to export, just drag and drop, which is the best way.
Export/import should only be considered as a last resort.
