MS Outlook does not give me the option...

....to switch identity and access my other email account. I have to go back
to Outlook Express to view both my home and business accounts, which are
setup differently. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This is a true statement. Outlook does not have identities.
I have to

Continue to use OE, if you like it, add a second account to your mail
profile, or create separate mail profiles for your work and home mail.
