MS Outlook email, removing line breaks when copying...

I just moved to a new computer and have lost my Outlook email settings, I
guess. Used to be able to copy email text into MS Word docs, automatically
eliminating email line breaks. How do I configure Outlook and/or MS Word to
resume that ?
