MS Outlook Shortcut Bar

My wife is using MS Outlook for her email (I am still using Outlook Express)
and on the Outlook Shortcut Bar are three Shortcuts, Outlook Shortcut, My
Shortcut, Other Shortcuts. It sure would help if she could open MS Outlook
with My Shortcuts instead of Outlook Shortcuts (Default).
Does anyone have an answer???
