I opened an excel attachment in MS Outlook 2003, made some changes & hit save
button. Now I cannot retrieve the changed file anymore. Anyone knows how to
access it?

Anyone knows how to access it?

Click Start>My Recent Documents and select it from there or start Excel and
click File and select it there. Then save it to a more permanent location.
Never edit an attachment directly from a mail message. Always save it to
disk first and then edit it.
