MS Outlook

I keep getting the following warning from MS Outlook,

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?

I subscribe to Norton. I have the latest virsus
definitions and updates. I don't know what to do next to
try to understand why this warning keeps coming up.

I recently installed Office Service Pack 3.
