MS patch virus--now flooded with alarts from my server

I now know that the email trying to get me to download a MS Internet
Explorer is a worm or virus.I have not opened any attachments. However I am
now flooded with these things.

#1 messages from MS network message delivery with strange enmail address
they can't deliver to that I never sent to as in:

Undeliverable mail to (e-mail address removed)

#2. This message which is supposed to come from my mails server wich is Time
Warner calbe road runner: frm "customer services". I am getting this
messager constantly.

ALERT!!!
This e-mail in its original form contained one or more attached files that
were infected with a virus or worm, or contained another type of security
threat.
The following attachments were infected and have been repaired:

The following attachments were deleted due to an inability to clean them:
1. update.exe: Worm.Automat.AHB

The Following attachments were not delivered due to inbound mail policy
violations:
No attachments are in this category.

Road Runner does not contact the sender of the infected attachment(s) in the
event that they were not actually sent from the indicated party.
Please contact the sender directly to alert them of their issue with
infected files if you wish to do so.
