MS Power Point upgradation problem with font size!

Hi,

MS Powerpoint 97 upgraded to XP-version and below is the problem description
:-

When Powerpoint-files made with 97 version are received, the fonts are not
the same when one opens file in Powerpoint (XP-version). If the whole field
(for text) is not filled with text, text is automatically transferred to
smaller size. How can one overcome these issues or is it possible ?

Looking forward for some kind help.

Go to Tools/Options (or maybe Tools/Autocorrect?) and turn off the
automaticall fit text to placeholder option.
