MS Project 2002/MS Project 2003 Compatability

My company currently has standalone versions of MS Project 2002 and we are
thinking about upgrading to standalone MS Project 2003. Would there be any
compatability problems, e.g. opening a MS Project 2002 schedule in MS Project
2003?

No.
They work fine together.
I could be using 2003 but I'm still with 2002 as there is little benefit to
upgrade the standalone version.
You might want to consider what you get from the upgrade before you do it.
If you were using project server the decision is fairly easy, but 2002 to
2003 standard doesn't seem to be all that worthwhile. Remember that 2003 is
getting kind of old now too and project is typically on a 2 year release
cycle. 2003 was an anomaly and in my opinion was put out to fix some issues
with Project Server.
