MS Project 2003 error message

Hi,

I am using MS Project 2003 with Project server 2003 and I am having an issue
with the “ABC†project schedule. When I opened this project, get a message
that "an enterprise resource requires an update."
Click Yes but the message will still appear every time the project is opened.

Please any one have idea.
It will be very much appreciated.
