MS Project 2003 Template for Product Development

Hi
I am looking for a MS Project 2003 template that can be used for a Product
Developement Life Cycle. I am typically looking at a template, which would
cover the prototyping phase, Pilot phase, various certifications attached to
the product and then the Mass Production phase. This product development life
cycle is products such as thumbdrives, Mobile phones, NFC readers etc...

Would really appreciate if someone could help me in this. Currently, each
project manager in our company has a style for project planning. I would like
to streamline this to having a template from which we derive the project
plan.

In Microsoft Project 2003, click File - New. In the sidepane on the left,
click the "On my computer" link. Click the Project Templates tab, select
the New Product Development template and then click the OK button. Is this
default template anything close to what you need? If so, modify it for the
use of your organization. If not, you can seach for existing templates on
the Internet at sites such as the following:

http://www.projectconnections.com/templates/index.html

If you can't find anything, then it's time to work together with your PMs to
develop your organization's custom template based on your company's needs.
