How to determine who is the Owner

Anyone knows how to set up IE7 for security setting so it will allow install
the controls for Project Web Access 2003, having trouble accepting the terms
and logging into MS Project 2003 Web Access ?

First of all, make sure that the network isn't blocking the ActiveX
Components. If not, in IE 7 Tools > Internet Options > Security, make
sure that you are allowing ActiveX controls (signed and unsigned) to
be installed.
